International travel media attend Solomon Islands’ unique Busu Shell Money Festival

The trio are visiting the event as guests of Tourism Solomons International Media Visitation Program .

While specifically in the Solomons Islands to attend the festival, the group will also visit Rode Village and Haodaikirio Lodge where they will be hosted to a variety of cultural events and adventure activities in Malaita’s high country with the support of Authentic Mala Tours in Auki.

Their busy itinerary also includes a Central Province tour including visit Buena Vista, Tulagi and Roderick Bay

The visit in part of an ongoing Tourism Solomons strategy to profile the Solomon Islands varied calendar of events with a keen focus on the destination’s unique cultural activities.
