Taqu homestay is on one side of a little island of Tagu Marine and Terrestrial conservation Island. This Island is also part of a wider conservation program that involves neighbouring little Islands, the reef and sea around them and reaches out to a rain forest on the main Island of Lauru, Choiseul Province.
Taqu Homestay offers sleeping over night for a total of 10 people guest at any one time in 5 basically equipped accommodation Bungalows. Guest share a common outside toilet and Shower unit. A common House that converts into a dining room, classroom, conference room depending on the occasion and also a recreational area.

The Closet airstrip is Kagau, 20 – 30 minutes away by outboard-motor powered boat. The sea port is the main village of Boeboe 10 minutes on a dugout paddle canoe to the Mainland.
