Located on west of San Jorge Island and 10 mins. boat ride from Kaevanga seaport, and 2 hours from Jajao airstrip. 

Kaolo, being the First Community Based Resort in Isabel, been developed in such a unique setting amongan environment that is very friendly, sustainable and rich in culture.
There are plenty of adventure activities to explore. Fishing, Village tours, Bush Trekking, Interactive Cultural Learning, Cultural Entertainment & Coffee processing. Isabel Kava powder drink which is commonly known in Fiji, Vanuatu & Tonga are also grown and farmed here in Isabel.
Solomon Islands community who rely every much on this product, are nolonger need to import as it is now locally processed and packed are available for consumption.

Solomon Airlines has weekly flight to Jajao, and there are weekly boats to Kaevanga from Honiara by Isabel Development Company(IDC).
